Please call during Business Hours for an accurate in-hand description or to order an instrument. You may also order guitars and amps securely 24 hours a day / 7 days a week off our website with any major credit card. We offer 24-hour approval on all of our guitars for authenticity ONLY. This includes all parts and instrument finish. We DO NOT offer approval for "tone" or other personal preferences. We simply offer the most original and most collectable vintage and rare guitars around at reasonable prices. All prices reflect a 3% cash discount.
Please note: All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to avoid rental / returns. Also, return authorizations will not be issued without phone contact - no emails! Guitars returned within the 24-hour approval period for authenticity will be refunded in full minus shipping in both directions, packaging, and insurance charges. The approval period starts after items have been signed for as delivered. All items approved must be returned in the exact same condition and as they were shipped. Buyers must pay for prompt return shipping by UPS or Fed-Ex, even if "free shipping" was initially offered, and must be sent fully insured for replacement value.
If your return has been authorized, please note: Fed-Ex and UPS do not insure fine collectable guitars in excess of $2500. We suggest Heritage Insurance (call 1-800-289-8837) for all instrument insurance needs. They are the best in the business and are experts when it comes to insuring high value instruments. Proof of insurance is required before return authorizations will be issued. NOTE: Anything shipped to us that does not bear a valid return authorization number provided by us will not be accepted by our receiving department.
International buyers: Please contact us for exact shipping quotes. All VAT, Local and/or Customs taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Due to shipping length and Customs operations, we cannot offer approval on guitars and amps to our overseas buyers.
Many of our instruments are investment grade and of museum quality. Due to the fragile nature of certain older guitars, which are susceptible to being damaged in shipment due to handling and/or extreme weather conditions, approval may not be available on all instruments. We cannot offer an approval period for consignment guitars, guitars on layaway, or guitars discounted below our posted price.
There are no returns on used amps. New amplifiers and other new merchandise is covered under the manufacturers warranty. Any returns will require a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the costs of packaging, insurance and shipping in both directions. The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it left, complete with all warranty information and manuals. Again, a return approval must be obtained first, by phone or in person.
GENERAL POLICIES:
A 50% Non Refundable Deposit will hold an instrument for 30 days (excluding consignments). No approval time on layaways. We accept consignments. Call for our competitive rates. As Always, "WE BUY GUITARS".
